Information on important dates, registration and abstract submission.

Templates for abstract submission: ENG (tex, doc), RUS (tex, doc).

Working languages of the conference are English and Russian.

Selected extended abstracts will be published in the Conference proceedings. The first volume will include abstracts prepared in LaTeX. The second one will include MS Word abstracts. 
Submissions must be prepared according to the attached templates and should not exceed 5 pages. 
To prepare the abstract of your talk in LaTeX, read the instructions in readme.txt and fill in the fields in your_abstract.tex. Run LaTeX compilation of the file main.tex to check the outcome. 
You are welcome to submit extended abstracts of your talks sending them to ORM_2018@mail.ru. Attach the abstracts in one of the following formats: 
1) The files your_abstract.tex and main.pdf (in English only).  
2) The abstract prepared according to the template in MS Word (in English or in Russian).
The subject of e-mail should be “ORM2018 abstract”. Please provide the letter with the following information:
  • title of your talk,
  • authors,
  • full name of the speaker,
  • preferred session of the conference (sessions’ names correspond to the topics of the conference listed above),
  • would you like your abstract to be published in the Conference proceedings or not (if not, you may send your abstract in any format),
  • would you like to reserve a room in the dormitory of the MSU.
Contributed talks should be 20 minutes long (including questions). English language is preferred for the slides of presentations. The abstracts of all talks accepted for presentation will be available on the conference website.  
Deadline for abstract submissions is March 31, 2018. Notifications of acceptance will be issued by May 15, 2018.  
There is no compulsory registration fee. Conference dinner and social program are up to the participants and can be paid at the registration. The organizing committee provides visa support (by request) for all participants of the conference. 
The participants are encouraged to take care about their accommodation themselves. You can find a suitable hotel using, for instance, www.booking.com website. The organizing committee can provide a very limited number of cheap rooms in the Lomonosov Moscow State University dormitory building. Please apply if necessary. More details on lodging will be covered in subsequent information letters.
